Please read the following carefully this will be required before purchasing. Terms and conditions is something that unfortunately from bad experiences that is necessary not only to Protect me but you as well.

1 Terms of Website Usage
www.dandedebeart.co.uk (my site) usage for accessing, browsing, review and purchasing only. None of my products are to be copied and sold on for Profitable gain.

3 Changes to these Terms/Website
The Terms & Conditions may at any time be Altered Please check from time to time, changes maybe changed, as they are binding on you. Sometimes the Site maybe out of date and I am under no Obligation to Update it and no guarantee, or any content on it, will be free from errors and omissions.
4 Access my Website
I cannot guarantee or any content on this site will always be available or be uninterrupted also be suspended, withdrawn, discontinued or changed all or any part of my site without any notice.
5 Viruses
I can not guarantee that my site will be secure or free from any bugs or Viruses You are responsible for configuring on your information on your computer. You should have your own virus protection software. You must not Misuse my site knowingly introducing any Viruses or Other materials which are Malicious or Technologically Harmful.
6 Products
I can not guarantee that once a Product has been Sold, that I can duplicate. I will do my very best to try, also my Style or images may alter.
All of my Products are Gift wrapped apart from the Framed/non Framed Art Pieces.
Greeting cards on request can be sent directly to the receiver this includes other Products too, this will keep the cost down for you.
I will need a Name/address and a message if required Hand Written inside the the Card. They are all Blank inside.
I can not be responsible if the information you have given was incorrect & this will be non-refunable, same goes for any Personalised or any other Products.
Remember all Images on site are photos and may be slightly different in colour, this is not a fault & are non refundable, This goes the same for all my Products. Also duplications can have this affect too.
I sorry to say I do not do commission at this moment in time.
Once you have chosen your Products which I am truly grateful I will send an Invoice before the payment process.
Please double check the Order carefully once you have agreed to these T&C’s and payment has been received this will be non refundable.
7 Faulty Goods
I will do everything to make sure your purchases reaches you in good condition, but sometimes with no fault of my own along the transit transition things do get damaged and I can not be held responsible, If this is the case please advise me with 48 hours on receiving your goods.
I can not take responsibility if your goods get lost or stolen on the transition to you.
If your product is damaged I will need proof and the item returned for future references, If I am satisfied with the damage a refund will be given.
If the product is diminished this will not be necessary and a refund will be given on how you paid, I will need bank details to proceed. This will only be offered on the faulty product not if you have ordered any additional.
All products do wear and tear I can not be responsible for negligence.
Do not use chemicals or have in direct Sunlight on your products.
Delivery and packaging are non refundable.
Original art pieces are one offs and irreplaceable maybe a print as an alternative we can discuss further I will do my best to accommodate your requirements to the best of my abilities if you are still dissatisfied with the fault then a refund will be honoured.
8 Payment
All payments are Paid before receiving your goods.
All Products are paid through bank transfer, Details will be given at the bottom of the invoice.
Once Payment is received the Products are yours and non refundable.
Once the transaction has been received the delivery process will begin.
All refunds will be paid back through bank transfers and bank details will be required to proceed.
I do not keep records of your bank details and if for any other reasons a refund is required again I need the details again.
Delivery
Greeting cards are delivered free, all other items a delivery charge will be discussed depending on weight.
All items will be sent to the address given securely and with great care taken.
All products in stock will be dispatched in the UK within 3-5 working days, orders will be 7-10 working days.
I Will do my best to keep you from waiting.
This is only a guide and not a guarantee and occasionally delivery can be affected by bank holidays and other events that are out of my control including strikes weather viruses and others.
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st class.
Tracking is not included to keep down minimum cost
I cannot be responsible or give time or date when it will advise, if the unfortunate that the delivery was missed it will be automatically taken to hour local post office collection depot.
I will not have details where this will be or have their opening hours this information can be found via the web or your local post office.
Please give plenty of notice to purchase for a specific date especially i.e Christmas.
Make sure that all details you have given are clear and correct.
I can not be responsible for mistakes and for lost property.
Once the order has been made it is non refundable and you own the product.
All items placed after 12noon Friday the beginning of the delivery process will start the following Monday if its a Bank Holiday it will be the Tuesday instead.
If I am on holiday you will be informed before the order this could affect the timescale of your delivery but I will do my best not to inconvenient your items.
International Delivery
All International orders will be weighed and a delivery charge will be added unfortunately this includes greeting cards too, no free delivery, This will be discussed before pre-ordering and a quote will be advised.
International delivery via Royal mail Airmail.
Stock items allow at least 10-14 working days again bare in mind any seasonal or other events that could delay your purchase especially with the current world wide virus we are all experiencing.
Please allow extra time for specific dates and special occasions i.e Christmas.
Cut off dates will vary depending on where you are.
Make sure I have clear & correct information you have given as this is your responsibility.
